Eye Examinations
We offer a full and comprehensive range of eye exams- standard eye exam
- paediatric
- contact lenses
- Orthokeratology (ortho-k) for myopia control
- therapeutic for eye infections
- An eye exam is generally recommended every 2-3 years but sooner in children or if there is a history in either yourself or your family of certain conditions such as glaucoma, macular degeneration or diabetes
- If over 50 years of age we advise dilating your pupils as part of our standard eye exam
- this enables a better assessment of your retina
- We routinely check for glaucoma, macular degeneration and cataracts
Additional tests are advised when indicated such as visual fields or OCT
- Home visits are available by arrangement
