On Site Lab & Repairs
Our Dunedin practice is one of a small number of practices equipped with an onsite optical lab and workshop. This allows our technician to fit new lenses to your glasses onsite.
We are also able to perform frame adjustments and minor repairs.
Adjustments & Repairs
If your glasses are slipping, feel too tight, or just don’t sit quite right, our team are happy to adjust them for you. We can also carry out most minor repairs, such as replacing nose pads, screws, or realigning bent frames while you wait.
Glasses with more significant damage, such as broken frames, usually need to be sent to a specialised lab which we are able to arrange.
You're welcome to visit our Dunedin or Mosgiel practices anytime during opening hours - no appointment needed for adjustments, minor repairs, or arranging offsite repairs.

On-site Glazing
If you're looking to update the lenses in your existing frame, we can order the lenses while you continue to wear your current glasses. Once your lenses arrive, we will contact you to arrange an appointment with our technician - where the new lenses can be fitted into your frames. We will need the frames for approximately one hour, and you're welcome to wait while they are being fitted.
